By placing your order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policies.
All of our products are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Please note that our products are made according to customers' requirements and market demand, so they are not always available. Also, the advertised images may be slightly different from the actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or monitor display. Therefore, please allow a slight difference between the advertised images and the actual item you received.

We will only accept returns on products shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrectly shipped item or damaged item).
Items must be returned along with proof of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at support@neakz.com for more information. Please note that you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.

Our policy: 7 days from the arrival date. If 7 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or due to our errors in manufacturing and shipping. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@neakz.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Submitting all evidence to resolve shipping/product errors is very important to our return/replacement process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent or we will not be able to provide return/replacement items.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at support@neakz.com and include your order number and the change you wish to make. We will confirm once the change or cancellation has been made.
Your order can only be cancelled or changed within 6 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order is blocked for processing and cannot be cancelled.
